- 100% refund if cancelled 14 days or more from date of stay
- 50% refund if cancelled 8-13 days from date of stay
- No refunds if cancelled 7 or less days from date of stay
- 3pm checkin, 10am checkout
- 2 vehicles allowed (fees apply, to be paid onsite to Lighthouse Association)
- Electonic keypad entry, saving you from having to check in
- $300 refundable damage deposit
- No smoking in unit or on balcony. Smoking sections provided on property
- Adult renter of at least 25 years of age required
- No pets allowed on property or beach
